Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Valeo Light is the world leader in automotive lighting. From the latest interior and exterior lighting innovations to cutting-edge wiping technologies, the Light division offers innovative visibility systems with a distinctive style, improving safety and driving comfort.

The site of Bietigheim-Bissingen based in Germany belongs to the LIGHT Division . We are looking for a VIE Sales Support International for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

  • You provide back-office support for the Senior Key Account Managers of the Valeo Lighting Account for the customer Mercedes-Benz, e.g. in Price Management, Budget planning, Contract & Framework Checking.

  • You prepare and follow sales, price and order intake Performance

  • You proactively help in chasing overdues and managing related topics with the Valeo plants

  • You provide support in updating the annual sales database

  • You prepare and support negotiations of Valeo Lighting Systems with Mercedes-Benz

  • You gather necessary information from other networks and plants

  • You help resolve logistic and transportation related claims with the customer and internal stakeholders

Let’s talk about you...

  • You have a Master degree in Engineering or Economics

  • Your English is fluent : this is the working language

  • You already have a good knowledge of the German language.

  • You have good communication and analytical skills

  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office, Google tools

  • You are independent, attentive to the details and can work autonomously and as team player

In addition...

  • You have a first experience in the automotive industry

  • You are interested in the area of automotive sales? It’s a plus!

  • You have a good level of French and/or Spanish? It’s a plus!
