For our store in Hamburg (Schanzenstraße) we are looking for you as Sales Assistant (m/f/x) part time for 20-32 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting

• Ensure optimum sales levels are met

• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed

• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look

• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business

• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction

• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers

Your Profile

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred

• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible

• Excellent communication and 'people' skills

• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
