In this role, you will build and manage the maintenance planning structure for a large-scale automated facility, from defining maintenance plans and intervals to crafting work instructions within the CMMS. Think of yourself as the central interface between engineering, operations and spare parts management, making sure maintenance is planned, trackable and scalable from day one.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Set up and maintain the maintenance planning structure in our CMMS – from scratch
  • Define maintenance plans, intervals and work instructions that actually make sense
  • Plan, schedule and track maintenance activities to keep things running smoothly
  • Structure technical master data, asset hierarchies and maintenance objects
  • Help build KPI logic, feedback processes and reporting that drive real improvements
  • Work hand in hand with Engineering, IS and spare parts management

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, work preparation, or technical coordination
  • Technical background, ideally in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Understanding of maintenance processes and technical asset structures
  • Language skills: B2 english and B2 German (minimum)
  • Experience with CMMS/maintenance systems is an advantage
  • Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
  • Maintaining resilience and agility while adjusting strategies as needed
