Job Description Summary

Electronics Technician for internal technical customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing circuit boards and devices
• Warranty checks and handling of customer complaints
• Independent processing of service orders, from creating cost estimates to completing repair jobs

Essential Skills and Experience

• Basic knowledge in the use of fieldbus systems (e.g. Profinet, EtherCAT)
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Strong customer service orientation, resilience, and reliability
• Ability to work independently, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Analytical approach to problem-solving

Qualifications

• Qualified electronics technician for devices and systems or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a technician

Practical Requirements

• Good command of German and English
• Right to work in Germany
