Job Description Summary

Responsible for growing sales by acquiring new long-term customers and opening up new products and markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and business plans to open up new markets, business areas, products, and services
  • Conduct regular analysis of market and company data to identify trends, opportunities and risks, and provide specific recommendations for and provide specific recommendations for further action
  • Identify and acquire new customers and partners to develop long-term business relationships
  • Recognise best practices and opportunities to improve the market position
  • Monitor market-related developments and report systematically to the Sales Management Office

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Initial professional experience in sales
  • Technical understanding, assertiveness, strong communication, and negotiation skills
  • Good IT skills (MS Office and ERP systems knowledge)
  • Self-starter with pragmatic, hands-on approach

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Highly self-motivated with clear goal orientation

Qualifications

  • A degree in business administration or a technical field.

Practical Requirements

  • Proven English proficiency
  • Right to work in Germany
